Automotive experience is not required as we are willing to train.
Must be able to handle phone calls.
Good with customers and insurance companies.
Other clerical duties as needed.
A positive personality and the willingness to make a positive impression on customers is a must.
Receptionist / Front Desk Responsibilities include:
Answering a busy phone system Clerical duties Accepting payment in the form of cash, check or credit cards Issuing loaner cars Checking loaner cars in Assisting customers in various ways Explaining work performed on customer's cars Updating spreadsheets and Google Sheets Maintenance of customer waiting areas Administrative duties Job Types:
