Summary:
The Helper/Apprentice is responsible for performing duties related to installation, maintaining and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings Qualifications Desired:
Demonstrate safe working practices and reports unsafe working conditions or actions.
Safety is the #1 priority.
Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Be responsible for tools, vehicles, equipment, and materials that are in your possession for the company.
Wears personal protective equipment as required Have a willingness and effort to learn the NEC.
Have willingness and effort to learn how to read blueprints, specs, and diagrams.
Good working knowledge of math.
Be able to bend, lift, carry, climb ladders, and stand on lifts and cross uneven surfaces.
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comply with all company and safety policies.
Is well organized and has the ability to work independently Skill using manual, electrical and battery operated hand tools, especially trade specific tools such as conduit benders, knockout cutters, etc.
Pay depends on experience but starts at $17.
50/hr.
Must be able to pass drug screening.
