Our client in Boonton is looking for a customer service rep.
Duties:
Enter in orders and answer phones, shipping via UPS and common carriers for larger products.
Answering emails (answer questions on tracking # order status, purchase orders and put into system to generate tickets)
Answer general questions on the phone
75% emails and 25% phone calls

30am-5pm Monday through Friday
