We are looking for a full-time, dedicated and organized individual! The Dishwasher/Food Prep role is to perform food preparations and cleaning duties under the supervision of the Chef and management.
This position will require maintaining a clean kitchen, washing and properly sanitizing kitchen dishes and equipment, and assisting in food preparations.
Responsibilities & Duties Assist in food prep and any other duties requested by the Chef.
Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu.
Follow proper food handling safety guidelines.
Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries.
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sink.
Properly wash and store dinnerware, kitchenware and equipment.
Follow daily dish cleaning duties.
Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
Maintain the dry storage area and organization of storage shelves.
Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time several times a day.
