We are seeking someone with the ability to work in a fast pace, quick turn, project-oriented environment.
Prior experience in automotive digital advertising beneficial, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Monitor all client websites Upload and update client websites as needed Creation and monitoring of paid YouTube and Social Media Campaigns (not the creative, the establishment and monitoring of these campaigns) Coordinate with Graphic Artists to create digital assets for client websites and online campaigns Understanding and/or ability to quickly learn federal, state and manufacturer guidelines for automotive advertising Understand and/or ability to quickly learn how to read and create legal vehicle disclaimer Obtain necessary paperwork and reports to submit to in house billing department Work closely with website representative to optimize client websites as needed Coordinate with Video and Graphics departments to ensure monthly campaign messaging is consistent across all departments Project Management:
Creating and managing projects from start to finish and routing them through the necessary phases of development Skills and experience needed, but not limited to:
Understanding of or the ability to quickly grasp back-end website editing programs Experience with Dealer.
com, CDK, DealerInspire, DealerOn dealership web sites a plus however not a requisite A familiarity with best SEO/SEM practices also a plus however not a requisite Ability to prioritize projects appropriately to meet deadlines and manage asset distribution Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and planning skills Strong Cognitive Ability Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment and have a drive to create and improve with the utmost ability to multitask and prioritize Benefits Include:
