Director of Nursing (RN) - Assisted Living

A New Jersey medical services organization is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their facilities as their new Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for:
Completing and conducting what-if rate scenarios, generates service plans, and service agreements Managing service delivery per resident service plans Completing resident service assessments and assisting Executive Director in determining resident appropriateness for moving-in and out of building Planning weekly service planning meetings, amending assessments and communicating any changes in level of service to family, staff and other service providers Assisting Executive Director in negotiating Service Agreements with residents and families Conducting Move-In Nursing Assessment Monitoring the health status of residents on an on-going basis and taking appropriate action to changes in status to ensure the well-being of residents Ensuring privacy, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with resident service plan Documenting services provided by utilizing inter-shift reports and service notes Identifying training needs and pursuing individual development goals of staff to ensure high quality resident services Providing timely, constructive feedback, such as coaching, disciplinary actions and performance appraisals Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of Nurse Management experience Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NJS Registered Nurse (RN) license Desired Skills:
Experience in an Assisted Living and/or other Elderly Care setting Recommended Skills Assessments Assisted Living Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Confidentiality Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
