A Law Firm (with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate, litigation and employment) is looking for a part time team member who will be responsible for administrative assistance including answering phones, file maintenance, document management (mail, scan, collections, data entry/billing assistance), office and building management, tenant liaison (accepting/depositing rent checks and organizing lease renewals) and miscellaneous tasks from attorneys and managing partner.
Job requirements:
relevant experience; a well-organized and a clear thinker with common sense; must be an efficient and productive self-starter and team player; Intermediate skills with MS Office, and correspondence; Dress code is casual.
This is an extremely desirable opportunity for the right candidate which can grow into larger role.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
