Digital Project Manager

Looking for a Digital Project Manager with experience in managing client relationships and devlopment of project plans, contact reports, scheduling, and budget tracking, with a high attention to detail. The Digital Project must be able to develop and maintain project plans and schedules, consults with project team to plan, estimate, and manage competing priorities. Must have pharmacetuical advertising agency experience.
Review all deliverables for quality prior to release.
Manages weekly status reports and runs status meetings with internal and client teams.
Anticipates risk and determines necessary mitigation plans.
Knowledge of broad channel mix of technologies, pharma, and marketing trends.
Ability to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
Actively communicates with all team members to ensure meeting deliverable expectations.
Proactively addresses potential client issues to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Exercises team leadership by demonstrating strong work ethics, positive attitude and mature conflict resolution abilities.
Must be organized and efficient at time management and prioritization to deliver on schedule and on budget.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Have a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management methodologies and processes.
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget and specification.
Detail oriented and a desire to produce flawless deliverables.
Able to understand, explain and develop business and functional requirements documentation.
Working knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical digital agency experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project and experience with workflow platforms a plus.
2-4 years' experience in digital and print project management within an agency environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
