The General Manager is responsible for managing a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald?s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with his/her team to set the restaurant?s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn?t work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves!
The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
We are looking for General Managers who:
Take responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service, assign duties thoughtfully to team member, participate in the development of team members, monitor inventory and restaurant labor.
Ensure everyone follows the company's guidelines, policies and procedures.
Follow food safety procedures according to company policies, health and sanitation regulations. Making sure that our food is safe is the MOST IMPORTANT part of our jobs.
Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet every customer with a smile.
Make sure the entire restaurant interior, exterior and parking lots are clean and meeting standards.
Report to each shift on time and ready to work, timeliness and positive attitude influences our customers and co-workers alike.
Report to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform. Dress to impress take your job seriously and we will take you seriously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
